Our core mission for the Nexsita project was to transform Fuzul Holding’s vision of "land first, home second" into a seamless digital ecosystem encompassing all sales stakeholders. During the brief phase, we identified key challenges and developed the "The Sales Accelerator" vision to address them:
Problems
Presentation Standardization: To eliminate information pollution caused by varying (and sometimes incomplete) narratives from different agents, ensuring institutional trust is anchored digitally.
Complex Product Structure: Simplifying the technical journey from raw land to construction, along with the financial advantages, into an accessible format for investors of all levels.
Access and Network Constraints: Solving the inability of real estate firms to instantly distribute new products to a wide network of agents in a "ready-to-sell" format.
The Strategy: "The Sales Accelerator"
Our design strategy focused on transforming the real estate agent from a potential bottleneck into a technology-empowered "expert." We developed interfaces that centralize every argument a sales professional might need within a single digital panel:
Interactive Sales Guide: Data-driven product pages that bolster the agent’s narrative with 3D walkthroughs, strategic regional insights (transportation, education, investment potential), and future financial projections.
Flexible Payment Engine: Interactive calculation tools that allow consultants to generate personalized, budget-specific payment plans for clients in real-time.








Methods
B2B2C UX Design: A dual-sided interface design that optimizes both the internal management processes for agents (B2B) and the persuasion journey for the end-buyer (B2C).
Data Visualization: Converting complex real estate data—such as proximity to schools/airports and return on investment (ROI)—into intuitive, easy-to-digest infographics.
CMS Architecture: A comprehensive CMS structure enabling the marketing department to centrally manage products, the agent network, and payment flows.
